My long time dream of owning a CB350RS was shaped into reality by Honda BigWing Guwahati. The entire staff, including but not limited to Manoj Sir, Jyotish Da, and the sales and service team were extremely hospitable, friendly, and adept at providing all the crucial information necessary for a smooth purchasing experience. The Motorcyle itself is such a beautiful machine, extremely satisfying to ride, and apart from the mud splash on rainy days, has no major drawbacks. Right from the time I came for a test ride, to purchasing and getting my first service done till now, the entire team has been very supportive, helpful, and considerate to all my specific questions and needs. It is a privilege to be a part of this family, and on the basis of my positive experience, I highly recommend purchasing an ever reliable Honda from BigWing Guwahati!

Had the worst service experience at this showroom. I bought a CB350C Special Edition back in Nov 2025. I am 21 and was super excited to buy my first bike on my own so I did not pay much attention and the sales guys added extended warranty and what not to my bill without my consent. They did not explain to me anything much related to the insurance and what all was actually included in the full price I paid. I let that go because at the end I had my bike. 15 days after the delivery of my bike, the seats got loose and the backrest cushion was extremely loose. I went to the showroom and asked them to fix it under my warranty, the mechanics argued with me for 10 mins explaining that the cushion and seats are exactly as they were supposed to be. Only after arguing and finally showing them a brand new cushion and seat from another bike nearby did they admit their mistake and finally the service manager recorded my grievenace. He promised to call me in January but he never called. I went for my first servicing later. The bike went for washing after servicing. The cleaner forgot to clean the brake pads, I asked him to do so and he accidentally put chain cleaner on the brake pads. Anyone with bare minimum knowledge of bikes know that putting chain cleaner on brake discs is a blunder because it makes the brakes slippery and ineffective. I politely asked them to clean off the liquid from it completely. They sprayed barely 2-3 ml of the discs from an old brake pad cleaner and asked me buy a fresh one from their service part shop to clean my brakes. Even though the showroom's own agent created the problem in the first place. I had to ride the entire way to my home with messy brakes which was a serious safety concern, entirely the showroom's fault. I went to fix my broken taillight to the showroom yesterday and the service manager was indirectly very disrespectful towards me. I do not want to put the exact dialogues here as it would be too long but he was talking to me in a mocking way because I reminded of the warranty claim that he completely forgot about. He was also chewing pan masala during work and while talking to me. Since the showroom anyways charged me the labor charge, I told them to also tighten my chain and slightly adjust the rear brake lever which was slightly bent. Both tasks barely take 2-3 mins, but the mechanic and the service manager acted like I just proposed to them. The other guy, the firefighter cum mechanic looks at me as if I am an uninvited guest at his home. All of them together started laughing at me from the service manager's cabin for asking the mechanic the additional tasks. The mechanic also looked embarrassed, working at my bike. Overall I know I was disrespected and the showroom people do not like customers who want the best service for their bikes. After this review they will dislike working on my bike even more. At the same time there are no other bigwing showrooms in the city where I can switch. But this time I am up for it. I should have put a consumer complaint long ago. I would request the showroom to work on their customer service, not is a performative way but genuinely. I will shortly put up a formal complaint to Honda as well in the meantime The only problem of buying a honda bigwing bike in india is the service network and due to the monopoly of one single showroom in the city, customers have to deal with bullshit.

Bought my cb350 dlx from this showroom and was very happy with the process. The sales and finance team was courteous and the entire process was smooth. Prior to the purchase I went to the showroom for a test ride and I was pleasantly surprised how fast I got to ride the test bike. They just took my number and thats it... The bike itself was super smooth and refined and the hassle free experience was an added nonus. This gave me a very positive feeling and I decided to get the cb 350 while eliminating the other bikes in consideration. Definitely would recommend Honda Bigwing Guwahati West.
