Jaybee Honda Guwahati

It is with a lot of sadness , I would like to state that I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to register my vehicle for service in Jaybee Honda Service centre (Sundarpur) after reporting at 9:10 am (as asked by the staff), the Manager, Mr. Bonjit Borah was holding a meeting and didn't acknowledge the presence of a customer. This has never happened before as I have been a customer of Honda since 2008. I have no complaints against any technicians. Honda, being a Six Sigma company, I never expected such poor customer service.

আটাইকেইটা Salesperson ফতুৱা‌ হয়, They doesn't communicate properly with customer ,and when you ask about your rights as a customer they urgues with illogical things

It's probably the first Honda two wheeler showroom in Guwahati. Good and prompt service. They offer exchange facility. All models are available and they provide same day delivery.

Had a very bad experience with formalities issue didn't get the refund also they said that they will give Tommorow and Tommorow and Tommorow till now I got the number plate but not the refund money but there financer was good
