Very bad experience. And poor service.i don't get my number plate after one month they take too much time and dont listen to there customer.

The worst service, the worst staff behaviour, and no availability of spare parts. One has to wait at least 15 days to get the required repair parts.

Poor service ,, after repairing my scooty the brake was not working properly,when I called to service centre no one response, very pethatic service,,never go again

The Dealership is really Lousy. And the Employees are even more so , we had to wait 1hr for a Test Drive. And they don't even have proper place for Test Drive Unlike Yamaha.

Very pathetic customer service , I booked my service and still while writing this review i am being seated now nearly about 4 hours and still my bike’s service is on hold . No water bottles being offered to the customers as the waiting room , the waiting room is very unorganised . And IMPORTANT THING IS THAT the bikes and scooties are being test ride by the mechanics very roughly and being smashed while taking the bike down through the stairs . Throttles are given unnecessarily. Very pathetic customer service

i recently purchased an xtreme 125r from the dealership. regarding my first service the experience was beyond pathetic. today when i went to the dealership to redeem my insurance, there’s was not a single person to assist me with the insurance. Monday, I will be visiting the dealership for the last time for claiming my insurance and if i do not get any assistance i will be filing a lawsuit against the dealership in the consumer court for consumer ignorance and imposition of unfair insurance tactics. today i have gathered enough video and photo evidence to shut the whole dealership down.

Its my first visit in Kashyap Automobile Hero Service center. At very beginning of my Maestro scooter during check in time, I told to the Manager that if the scooters problem will be solved by them then I will be doing servicing of my scooter. Otherwise I m not going there only to change the oil and washing. They agreed on my condition. After spending almost 4hours in service center, they have not solve the problem. Afterthat they suggest me to come after 3 days, as they have none of the spare parts available in there store. Very bad show

Writing in hopes for the dealership owner to see this and many other reviews and take appropriate measures to ensure customer service and experience. Went to purchase, none of the salesman approached. The lady on the counter is the pinnacle of laziness, had to wait 7 hours for her to generate one INVOICE to take delivery even after all formalities were processed within an hour and half. After all this, no efforts were made from the dealership employees. Extremely poor services. Notices have been sent to Hero Corp regarding the mishaps that has lead to this awful experience in consumer purchasing history and how the dealership is ruining the Hero Motocorp legacy and brand identity. #shameonyou
