Kawasaki brand is close to my heart since my childhood when the resultant bike from the collaboration of Kawasaki and Bajaj run throughout the Indian roads such as Caliber 115. Thanks to Kawasaki Jorabat, who helped me to complete my dreams to have a kawasaki bike which is Versys x300. The buying experience is very good. In my point of view service is more important than buying because customer connected with the product they sell through the service (Service not done yet). Namaste

Had a disappointing experience with the event organized by Kawasaki Jorabat. The showroom’s management was poorly organized, with more participants than the available bikes could handle. Despite paying a registration fee, local riders were ignored in favor of participants from other states and even friends of the pros, which felt extremely unfair. To make matters worse, when I raised concerns about the favoritism and mismanagement, the staff couldn’t even address the issue professionally. This level of poor customer service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from a brand like Kawasaki.

Just got shifted to a place nearly 500kms away from Guwahati with no other service centre in the vicinity. Yet, Kawasaki Jorabat agreed on sending one of their technician for servicing. The technician was on time with all the parts and completed the service promptly. Both him and the manager were very polite. GOOD SHOW!!
