Finnaly got my Duke390 White, Showroom Manager and other persons are very friendly, well maintained and clean, hope this will continue forever. Sharing few moments of launch event and delivery of my bike. Thanks.

I recently booked a bike from Sixmile Guwahati KTM, but the experience was far from satisfactory. The dealership failed to deliver the bike on the scheduled date, and when I tried to reach them for a refund, my calls went unanswered. The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing, especially considering I had paid in advance. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve their customer service and delivery process. Until then, I would advise potential customers to think twice before dealing with them.

My brother bought a bike from this pathetic showroom and the still haven't issued the registration plate. It's been 5 months still no update

Not helpful at all. They suggest us to go to the workshop and ask for parts and show us its nearby but workshop was too far around 2km +. Just to ask for an adventure 390 indicator they can’t help us by asking over telephone at workshop.

I bought a bike and it’s been 4 months now, haven’t got a number plate.. anyone facing same issue..
