Buying a car (Mahindra XUV 700) from this showroom turned out to be one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. The primary reason for this is the salesperson PALASH. He is a completely FRAUD, DISHONEST,UNRELIABLE person. Initially, he spoke very politely, made big promises, and assured me that everything would be taken care of. But once the payment was done, his attitude completely changed. The delivery experience was shockingly poor. The car was handed over in a careless, rushed manner — almost like I was picking up a small grocery item rather than taking delivery of a new car worth lakhs. There was no proper delivery setup, no basic courtesy like covering the car for photos, and no effort whatsoever to make the moment feel special. To make matters worse, instead of offering any goodwill gesture, he actually asked me for ₹500, which was extremely awkward and unprofessional. What is even more irritating is that he had clearly promised a car cover and a gift hamper at the time of booking. It has now been over six months, and despite multiple reminders, calls, and follow-ups, nothing has been delivered. Only excuses, delays, and complete lack of accountability. This entire experience reflects poorly on the dealership’s customer handling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this showroom to think twice. And if you do decide to buy from here, AVOID DEALING WITH PALASH unless you want your car buying experience to turn into a series of false promises and unnecessary frustration.

I visited the centre for component change. Binod Adhikary assisted me in the process and made it simpler. You may contact him for better and genuine advice. Full star for him. Rest points customer lounge can be improved and a TV may be installed.

If you want peace of mind plz don’t purchase from salesman BIKASH KALITA or even from this showroom . When we booked our car he promised us he will deliver within 15 days .we were not told about any delay. 15 days passed he didn’t even contact us once we called him then he said he dont know when he gonna deliver our car . Maybe it will take one month or more than one month . One month passed .Through this time he didn’t even contact us once we were calling him everytime as if he is gonna give this car for free . After all the delay and he didn’t even bother to explain us anything , we were mentally so disturbed and decided to cancel our booking . And thats the best thing we did , we purchased the same car within 5 days from another showroom and the delivery was so peaceful .

Plz don't purchase from this dealer. There are better showrooms in Guwahati. First thing their staff's behaviour is pathetic. The receptionist don't know how to communicate with customer. They will not even look at you when you go to them . And I have noticed they don't have any proper place to deliver the car . They deliver the car outside the showroom in a very narrow space where others cars are also parked like you are buying some groceries. No cake cutting. No flower boutique nothing. They will just handed you the keys and that's it's . Other dealer will do all. This and make your delivery very smooth. My best decision was to cancel the booking and buying my car from another showroom.as they unable to deliver my car on time . I even got my seat cover in 12k but poddar want to charge me 18k for the same seat cover

Visited this showroom as we're planning to get secondary car, first thing first there's no proper customer parking space had to park on road in muddy area. I mean this is really getting common with Mahindra showroom at different state levels. Secondary there are 2 levels for vehicle class, commercial and private the showroom board shows only commercial vehicles and those who visit to get personal vehicles might be easily confused with where to visit now, but the private vehicles section is on 1st floor. The first floor is under renovation hence the adequate seating area / customer lounge is missing. Only 3 places to sit and discuss about vehicles as of now around commercial vehicles section (ground floor). Coming to our experience of test driving and meeting with sales staff it was helpful in deciding the vehicle as he answered the queries and provided the needful information as much as possible and the person was well behaved, polite and ethical. Even the test driving was done with great supervision and care. After test drive we were able to reconsider our choice of vehicle but are still at deciding stage but would surely contact/visit showroom to get the vehicle once finalized. Appreciate the time.

I have severe disappointment and concern regarding the recent service at your dealership. My experience has been entirely unacceptable, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior and attitude of the General Manager.I have gone through many frustration from the booking date of my mahindra 3X0 on 5th Sepetember 2025 till owned the car,they missed the deadlines as committed and unable to deliver the model which I booked and agreed upon. On the scheduled day of delivery, the I got informed that they were unable to deliver the model with the agreed-upon accessory upgrades. Rather than offering a solution, the GM exhibited an unprofessional attitude and simply instructed me to 'get my money back.' This approach to customer service is completely unacceptable, and I demand that the Mahindra Group and Anand Mahindra take necessary action against this dealership. Furthermore, I have noticed a concerning and uncharacteristic surge in positive reviews over the past month, which brings the credibility of the dealership's online rating into question. However, I would like to specifically acknowledge and commend the timely intervention and professionalism of the Sales Manager, Mr. Tipul Borah, who ultimately helped facilitate the acquisition of my car.

I recently took delivery of a Thar ROXX from this dealer in Guwahati and I would like to express my experience in some words. 1. Right from the time when I took the test drive of the vehicle which was 3 months ago till yesterday which was my delivery day, their centralised AC did not work. It was hot humid and suffocating inside the showroom where they made us seat to do the delivery formalities. We were shocked that fixing the AC is taking them so long. The GM seats in a cabin inside which is like a small room with a split AC and when I entered inside it was like full on Kashmir out there. It's natural that he is not bothered how others are getting roasted outside. 2. Accessories section was closed and they did not even gave us the option to fit the basic ones that we wanted before taking the vehicle out in the road. The same excuse they gave when they failed to give us the welcome kit at the time of delivery. 3. Delivery experience was more then horrible. When waiting in their customer lounge which was a heated chamber we asked for water, we were served water in a glass which we outright rejected and asked for a packaged water bottle to which they responded saying they do not have water bottle. The delivery bay is a small place outside inthe sun. They keep all there commercial vehicles and in between they give delivery of private vehicles. There is no puja thali, there is no cake cutting, there is absolutely no photography no red carpet there is absolutely nothing they did to make the ceremonial delivery memorable for the customer. It's done as if we purchased grocery from them and not a 26 lacs car. If anyone is reading this review they can sense my dissatisfaction and I sincerely hope whoever is convinced, kindly do not visit this dealer for any of Mahindra needs. There are other dealers in Guwahati, please consider them. I hope Mahindra listens to this feedback and do something about this dealer so they stop ruining everyone's car buying experience.
