DO NOT VISIT THIS DEALER – ABSOLUTE MENTAL HARASSMENT! ​"I am writing this to warn every car owner to STAY AWAY from this Maruti dealer. My experience here has been a complete nightmare due to their extreme unprofessionalism and blatant lies. ​I brought my car here for a minor damage repair and servicing. Instead of providing a solution, the staff has been making me run in circles. When I questioned the extreme delay in my insurance claim, they gave me the most ridiculous and illegal excuse I’ve ever heard: 'Since you bought your insurance from outside and not from us, the process is getting delayed.' ​This is a total lie and a cheap tactic to harass customers. As per IRDAI rules, it doesn't matter where the insurance is from; the workshop is obligated to process the claim efficiently. They are clearly using this as a cover-up for their own laziness and incompetence. ​Here is why you should NEVER trust them: ​Blatant Dishonesty: They invent fake reasons and 'rules' about outside insurance just to hide their own delays. ​Zero Accountability: They have no respect for the customer’s time. A minor repair is being dragged out for weeks. ​Worst Management: The service advisors are clueless and highly unprofessional in their communication. ​If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They are experts at making excuses but failures at providing service. Save yourself the headache and go to a professional service center instead.
