Very poor service customer executive shantimoy tanti. He installed accessories without car owner concerned. And we activate fasttag by own and they deactivate our fasttag without our concern and activate new one without our concern. Very bed service....

It's nice to become a member of Nexa family. Special thanks to salesman manager "Amlan" and other staff also for having a good cooperation with us. Good to have our new car from this dealer. But there's some sort of things that needs to be taken care off for the customer. As we have to waited for long hours in the dealer for the delivery of the car, no doubt tea, coffee is there but little quality of snacks should be provided. Apart from this everything is fine. Happy with the delivery ceremony having the delicious tasty cake.

Took a delivery of grand vitara alpha yesterday, but unfortunately the accessories didn’t last even for a single day, within 24 hrs the maruti genuine parts missing from my car during driving back to home. I highly suggest not to install ANY ACCESSORIES from dealer. And yet the after sale service wasn’t that impressive from their end.

Very bad service. We booked a slot for our car AS01GK4497 for first free service at 10:15 am today and later on we had to wait for another 3 hours even after reaching on time. They do not have any value of time of customers and I do not recommend them at all to other customers.

Once while coming from rani road, my 1st and 2nd gear stopped working properly and i had to pull my car through traffic on the road and then i came across this showroom....being a alto k10 customer i know that my problem can be sorted out by a service man through simple wiring adjustment (not a permanent solution but it will take u home).....i explained how my problem Happened 1 year back too and maruti service centre mechanic was able to fix it for 250rs temporarily....but here these stupid selfish greedy losers were to get me to fix it permanently by taking 5000+ out of the pocket even after i explained that i don't have the budget to change the entire gear system for 5000 rs and that just fix it so that i can reach my home... But my prayers and request fell deaf on their greedy ears.... They provided and showed me no sympathy and were adament that the problem can't be fixed temporarily under 250-500 rs like i did in the previous year.... Imagine having to drive my car through heavy traffic at 3rd gear at 10kmph from gorchuk to Rajgarh....Can u guys even imagine? Thats what pathetic and self serving mindset this service centre has..... Better go to khanapara service centre or get ur car check at a good local mechanic....

I made test drive on Baleno and Xcross. Both car is good in looks, space, driving and passenger comfort, braking system is wow in both cars. But xcross has more high end features like cruise drive, in which you can accelerate speed through steering power bottom, which provides comfort to your leg on long journey. Also having sensor auto engine start and off.

Recently, my brother purchased a car from Nexa Arena Poddar Car World. However, we faced an issue regarding the registration charges. The dealer charged Rs. 83,852 for registration, but later, we received a message from VAAHAN stating that only Rs. 78,852 had been received for the vehicle registration. This leaves a difference of Rs. 5,000, for which no explanation was provided. I would strongly recommend that all customers clarify all charges in detail and ensure they receive proper receipts for every payment made to avoid such discrepancies. Additionally, I have a query about the charges for chassis paint. Does the company manufacture a car worth Rs. 10 lakh without chassis paint? If it is a necessary component, why are customers charged separately for it? Transparency in pricing and clear communication are essential for building trust with customers. I hope the dealership addresses such issues and provides a better experience in the future.
