What happened to your Hero showroom? In Google it shows that it is operational but couldn't locate physically.

Extremely bad experience, CS team hang up calls without listening customer's concern. They took 3days provide a quotation and still not get it. Management team should teach your staff about customer concerns.

We reached at 9:30 Am and they were still setting up. We asked when we could test ride a few bikes and the attendant said that they would require some time to set up and told us to come back after an hour. Upon doing so, we were directed to another attendant who then claimed, in a rather arrogant way, that there were no motorcycles ready for test rides and that one would have to be set up. I expected a little more professionalism from a brand as big as hero. That being said, I can't comment on the quality of sales as I didn't get around to waiting long enough. Maybe pibco should look into this aspect of having a few pieces ready for test rides. Or at least mention it somewhere that there are none available.

Very very poor service at hero pibco workshop. Attender and person looking after the whole staff is not concern. People who are came first going at last time. I came with my scooty pleasure at 9am to change the tire (front) one, headlight, mirror ( right) .This is a big unit but they dont have the mirror to change. Technician told me that i hav to change front tire.He told me that tire will purchase from outside dealer. They are so lazy. I stay about 2pm . When it crosses my threshold limit i told them, this unit is very bad. Then only their work speeded up. The management team is very detoriated. When i complaining then , cashier told me with attitude that you should change your tire outside , market ( tire shop) , then it will reduces your time.This thing they should tell me earlier. Being a girl to stay all alone their, i personally feel very disturbing.

Worst service had provided ..when i wnt to buy bike that time they give very much important and now they did not talk properly ...They did not provided my spare part of bike they told that it will come soon but till now they unable to provide it...they selling bike now also and with that bike they provide all things but they couldn't provide me the all the spare parts ..i bought bike on 19/3/2020

Good place to get the latest Hero bike

Very Cheap Service. They will talk sweetly before purchase. After purchased they dont even treat u as a human. Very fake service. I will never recommend this Showroom.
