Bought a himalayan last year oct 2025, full payment done in cash including accesories payment. Today 20th jan 2026, and yet so far i haven't received one such small item an 'headlight grill' asked for refund since the first of this month and yet no response. After repeated follow ups the only thing i received apart from my refund is delay. A brand so big, such a shame how it cannot even manage to refund small amount for headlight grill. My bike has already crossed 4000kms now and yet I'm being lingered on. Such a big mistake I did even choosing this dealership. Did my first service but the rest i'd rather give my bike to a local garage then 4aces service. Not expected at all and now i don't have any other options but to take this matter on consumer forums. Wasted my precious time for something which i have paid fully in advance and when asked for refund that too no update. I'd suggest not to choose this dealer at all.

I exchanged my old bike at 4 Aces Royal Enfield while purchasing a new one. Even after 6 months, the RC transfer is not done, and I started receiving traffic challans for the old bike. I visited the showroom multiple times and followed up with the manager and staff, but they eventually stopped responding to calls and WhatsApp messages. I even had to pay the challans from my own pocket. I am now in serious legal risk, as someone else is riding the bike while it is still registered in my name. Very poor post-sales and exchange handling. Please be cautious.

It's been 8 months I bought Himalayan slate poppy but the seat was damaged. I asked will I get the new one,they agreed but no response till now. Disappointing experience.

Inappropriate behaviour by the entire staff present at that time. It was around 07:00 in the evening today. We were literally looking for staff to assist us but there was no one who could just ask 'What were we looking for?'. The staff was so apathetic and ignored us in a horrible way. In every ad it is mentioned "We value our customers" so Is this the way you value your customers? Sorry to say but there should be some basic ethics in the staffs of customer handling jobs. Even a roadside vegetable seller knows to greet their customers. Very down in the dumps with the behaviour.
