Spokehub Cycling

I'm writing this review as I prepare to leave Guwahati after completing my studies, and I was just thinking about one of my best memories here, which was all thanks to Spokehub. This was back in October 2021. I had just moved to the city for my studies and had a real itch to explore, but I didn't have my scooter with me. I searched online for bike rentals and Spokehub's name popped up. I called them to ask about renting a mountain bike. To be honest, they didn't have any available right at that moment—they told me some were out or in an unrideable state. Here's why they get 5 stars: Instead of just saying 'no,' they asked me to wait a day. True to their word, they called me back the next day to let me know they had serviced a bike specifically for me. I was so excited, I hailed a bike taxi and went straight to the store. Walking in, I was amazed. The store is like a candyshop for any bike lover, with so many high-end Trek mountain bikes and road bikes on display. I was just there to rent, but I got lost just looking around. The staff got me sorted with the bike—a Trek Marlin 5 (2017 model)—and a helmet. The bike was in great shape. I left the store and ended up riding all over Guwahati until late at night. The next day, I felt adventurous and rode the bike all the way to Nongpoh in Meghalaya! It's been over 4 years now, but that two-day adventure is a memory I'll take with me. It wouldn't have happened without the Spokehub team getting that bike ready for me. I highly recommend them to any student, traveler, or local looking for a quality bike and great service. I still don't own a bike, but I've definitely got my eyes on the Polygon Xtrada 6. Spokehub is the best place for mordern cycling related works and things. You will get every solution in spokehub whether it is new or old cycle though you may not find it useful if you are using Indian roadster cycles. You can get most of the things currently running like - cycles, spare parts, cycling equipments, riding gears, safety tools and much more... You can directly go to the store and do your business, but if you have some rare cycle or if you need any rare parts, i would recommend you that you should first contact them if they have that particular thing at that time. Their store is so well maintained that you won't get any issue whether in summer or in winter. Their staff is so well known, they will solve any problem if it is solvable at that time. I have lots if photos of their store, so you can checkout. I have tried to cover everything as much as I can. So please go through my photos and videos if you are looking for something. I forgot to capture Marin hard trail frame but it may be in some photos by any chance. Lastly you won't regret after visiting spokehub. It's my honest opinion as a customer.

It was not so long ago that a novice like me entered this place with some simple novice queries about cycling and little did I then realise that this tiny encounter would cascade my love and commitment to the world of cycling. I was so pleasantly grateful the way my queries were handled and explained - every detail with ample patience and concern. Each technician and engineer carries utmost pride and discipline with their tasks - be it a repair/service/general visit. One feels welcomed by the warmth and concern at which responses are made and suggestions provided. Being from a service industry myself and having exerienced numerous institutions across the globe - I am so pleased and relieved to have such an instituion in my hometown. Excellent range of parts, accessories, equipments and bikes makes this a haven for the ever enthusiast rider, also opening an encyclopaedic corridor of the cycling world for beginners and novices. MTB. Hybrids, XC's, Endurance and Race bikes - an ample range for anyone to touch/feel and own. My only 2 cent suggestion for them is to keep in stock more Race geometry road bikes for enthusiasts like me :) If you are looking for anything, even remotely close to the world of cycling, please do give this place a visit. Specialists like Dhiraj Pegu, Bikash and Yunnus are excellent in what they do. Its not a place where they just sell bikes/cycles but a place where one is transformed towards cycling. Happy to be associated with them. Wish them the best always.

One of the best place to get your cycle repaired in guwahati . They have experienced person to do that but i will be happier if they do it for a cheaper price. Also u can get some of the best cycles in guwahati. They also rent cycles for a minimal charge

Loved the experience. Proper mountain bikes let you explore places better than any other means. Their bikes are in more or less good shape. Also, they appreciate feedback. All the good qualities for a cycle rental 👍👍
