I am beyond disappointed—I am absolutely outraged with the pathetic excuse for sales and service at Metal Motors Triumph, Guwahati. I purchased my Tiger 900 Rally Pro in February 2025, and after an accident soon after, I entrusted the bike to their service centre for repairs. It has now been 7 long months, and not a single repair has been done. From the very day my bike reached their so-called service centre, there has been zero updates, zero communication, and zero responsibility. Not once did the dealer or service team proactively inform me about the status of my bike. Instead, I have been forced to chase them with repeated calls, only to be fed empty promises, excuses, and lies—and every single time, I am met with silence and inaction. I have already escalated this matter to Triumph India twice, yet the arrogance and negligence of this showroom remain unchanged. This isn’t just incompetence—it is disrespectful, unprofessional, and insulting. I would strongly warn anyone considering a Triumph motorcycle to stay far away, especially from Guwahati’s Metal Motors. In fact, this experience has shattered my trust in Triumph as a brand across India. They show zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. Metal Motors Triumph, Guwahati, is an embarrassment—not only to Triumph, but to the name of the kind Assamese people, whose reputation they are dragging down with their disgraceful behavior. They should face strong and immediate action before they cause any further damage to customers and to Triumph’s brand image.

I recently purchased my bike from them and had an excellent experience. A special mention to Siddharth for his outstanding support throughout the process. He showed full professionalism, patiently answered all my questions even outside working hours and inspected the vehicle like it was his own bike. What impressed me the most was his continued support even after the delivery and the wonderful surprise of free accessories worth ₹12,000. Truly grateful for such dedication and customer care. Highly recommend Triumph Guwahati for anyone planning to get a Triumph motorcycle.

I recently purchased my Speed 400 from Triumph Lalmati, Guwahati and also got it serviced here last week. The staff is professional, and guided me through the entire process smoothly. The delivery was on time, and all paperwork n billing was quick. They helped me with getting the registration number of my choice too. Their service center is equipped with skilled technicians, and they ensure the bike is returned in excellent condition. Unlike other dealers where only sales is prioritised, the after sales service is also noteworthy. A small breaking issue was addressed very professionally and was rectified on 1st service.. Triumph being a Premium 2 wheeler brand, this dealership keeps up to the standards of their service & experience. Would surely recommend them. !!! And Speed is an amazing City cum Highway rider motorcycle.. !!!

If you’re planning to buy a Triumph in India, let me save you the trouble — just don’t, and avoid this showroom. Unless, of course, you enjoy being lured with false promises, endless excuses, and the thrill of discovering that your brand-new “premium” bike needs a local garage to fix what the company’s own service center can’t. At the time of purchase, I was assured that all accessories were free and available. Sounds amazing, right? Except once you pay up, the story changes — suddenly “a few accessories will come later.” Apparently, honesty isn’t included in the price tag. Now to the bike itself: less than a month old and already giving me steering vibration issues. And the official service center’s golden advice? “Sir, we cannot fix this, please go to a local garage, some outside job is required and pay 1k to fix it ( that's with may be).” Wow. Premium price, neighborhood mechanic support — what a combo! The sales pitch is polished, but the after-sales is pathetic. The same Sales team will push you to service , then to spares parts. The reach, the service, the accountability — all missing in action. Honestly, buying a Royal Enfield is not just cheaper, but a far wiser decision in India. At least they don’t pretend to be “premium” while offering third-class support. In short: Triumph sells dreams, delivers excuse .

Their service is horrible. You can buy a 3 lakhs motorcycle. But I think they entirely lack skill or maybe they don't want to fix your motorcycle under warranty if any issue occurs. They will always try to squeeze money in one or another way. If you are from Guwahati, avoiding triump motorcycle as their is only one service centre and you have no alternative. So please think about it.

Today I got my Triumph Scrambler 400x from this showroom. Loved the energy of the staff members. And most importantly, sales advisor Bibhash helped me a lot in the delivery of my bike. Thanks to all the members of the showroom for this amazing bike and experience.

1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service at Metal Motors Triumph Guwahati I genuinely regret getting my Triumph Scrambler 400X from Metal Motors Guwahati. It’s been over 3 months since I raised a request for basic parts — and they’re still not available. The waiting, the follow-ups, and the complete lack of accountability is honestly shocking for a premium brand like Triumph. And to make it worse, their service quality is absolutely pathetic. They left chain lube splattered all over my bike like it was washed by amateurs, not professionals. Even more dangerously, they didn’t even tighten the screws properly — one of them unscrewed itself while I was riding. That’s not just carelessness, that’s a serious safety hazard. Triumph makes great machines, but dealerships like these are ruining the ownership experience. I expected far better.
