I recently bought a Scooty from this showroom. Before I bought my scooty they kept calling me asking me when I'm going to buy it. After I bought they were least bothered. I had to keep calling them and everytime the saleswoman picked up she didn't recognize me. I am a new learner so I asked them to deliver the scooty at my home but they kept delaying the process. I had to visit the showroom and request them again to send someone. The scooty was not ready and they didn't have the seat cover too. Helpless I had to bring the scooty without the seat cover. They didn't even do any celebration or photo session. I had to bring my 1st scooty with disappointment. I didn't expect this type of service from a showroom like this. I request everyone to skip buying from here. The staff here is least interested in their job. Don't waste your time and money buying vehicles from here. Also I was supposed is to get a free gift. They didn't give me and claimed that they already given it to me and l was lying.

Everything was good until Mr. Sanjiv who put the number plate in my new scooty behaved roughly during putting it on the scooty. Hopefully he will understand his deed.

Sales followup by Sumit, Gautam was good. They never sounded pushy. Very pleasant experience.

Best place if you are buying any 2 wheeler ,and the staffs are so polite and friendly
