I recently had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Yahoo Motors in Guwahati. The staff was not only rude but also dishonest and uncooperative throughout the entire interaction. They attempted to sell us a Honda bike claiming it was a 2025 model, but upon inspection, the tyre manufacturing date clearly showed 2024. When I pointed this out, instead of clarifying or resolving the issue, three staff members gathered and began arguing with me and my brothers. Upon further inspection, it was obvious that the bike had multiple issues — the tyres and welding had been replaced, and the engine overheated within just five minutes of idling, which is a clear sign of poor condition and lack of proper maintenance. When my brother tried to check another bike, the staff again responded rudely, saying things like “You know more than us, so check it yourself,” and continued to argue instead of assisting. This kind of unprofessional and arrogant behavior is unacceptable, especially in a business dealing with expensive vehicles. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend anyone to visit or buy from Yahoo Motors. Their dishonest claims, poor vehicle condition, and disrespectful staff behavior clearly show a lack of integrity and professionalism. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by avoiding this place.

Best second hand bike showroom in Northeast. Staff Behaviour is very good... Very friendly..! Staff Tries hard to get the work done...! But yeah, the down payment is a little bit high... but he managed it all..I did not have to take so much tension and I did not even read to suffer. I took R15 out of there.. Very good condition bike sold out from there..! Thanks yahoo motors...!

PROS: You can see the vehicle on internet, without visiting. CONS: 1>The price$ you see on Internet or youtube are fixed. 2> You will find many bikes and scooter which is 1-2 year old, their tire are changed also meter number change (which is normal). 3> You will find many accident bikes & scooter. 4> Their behaviour is like (lene se lo nahi toh niklo) 5> Also according to many reviews, after buying a bike they does not provide any guidance, even your RC transfer takes 2-4 months. FINAL VERDICT: don't visit and waste your time rest your own wishe.

Instead of saying "great service," a good review might mention, "The concierge went out of their way to help us with dinner reservations". This specificity adds credibility and helps others understand what to expect.
