I had a bad experience with Zoom bike . The owner is good but the bike they give is too bad . We took 7 bike from Zoom and one of the bike is himaliyan 411 black colour is with problem with clutch pad also engine issue and many other problem. I was struck at sela top for hours in minus temperature for this bike . When i call the owner he is ap log jesa tesa bike laka aow . I litrelly cried at sela top that too at night Other bike is good only but because of this himalayan our complete trip gone is in waste

overall very good experience with the support and booking process. I asked for the bike very last moment, they had only 2 options left. But again I got a good condition bike. I really enjoyed the trip with the bike. I didn’t faced any issues with the bike with the entire journey.

The shop owner is very friendly and deals well with customers. However, initially we were given a black Himalayan 411 that had a pulling issue, and we had to wait around 4–5 hours to get a replacement bike, which affected our plans. So its very important to make sure the conditions of bike is good. That said, overall the experience was good.
