⭐ Worst Gas Agency Very disappointing service. The phone number provided in the app is completely useless — calls are never received and there is absolutely no response to customer complaints or problems. What is the point of giving a contact number if no one answers? There is zero customer support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve issues. Customers are left helpless with no way to communicate. This kind of negligence is unacceptable for an essential service like gas supply. Would strongly not recommend this agency unless they improve their customer support and communication.

This gas agency shows complete irresponsibility. Calls are ignored, and when they answer, they behave as if helping customers is a burden. Complaints go unheard and service quality is disgraceful for an essential utility.

Owner not keeping his commitment of delivery within 30 minutes of booking. Since last 5 days I am waiting for my cylinder after payment is already done. Same thing happened last month as well (had to self pick by going to agency). Worst experience so far.

Very bad service, behaviour of their staff and manager is very rude, they act like they are in fighting mode. If zero star option is available on g maps, then I'll rate them zero. Don't go for it. I'll mail to bharat gas officials for their replacement.

Based on the old reviews I purchased my gas connection from this agency, and now I am waiting to get my first refill delivery since 1 month already as booked it last month, but no sign of it....The most disappointing thing is, this Agency never picks up calls, no matter whichever time you call.. thats very rude, I can't go there personally everytime for every question I have? Whats the use of displaying your number on google when you don't even find it necessary to pick up....Seriously worst experience so far, I wonder how long my wait will be for to get my first ever refill with this agency.

If you value your time, patience, and sanity, I highly recommend finding another distributor. Endless delays to poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a more reliable service.
