This distributor proprietor & management & also iocl had no control on the delivery boys as against the book refill either online & offline payment mode done they marked the refill as manually delivered from their system shows delivered without taking DAC from customer. As when customer raised a online complaint by raising SR the complaint they didn't bother & was smoothly marked as complaint resolved by both the distributor & Iocl providing some silly excuses without calling to customer that what's gone wrong & just sitting behind. This is the 4th time reapetedly issue gone through before also with the other area previous delivery boy mr.konok kalita & now with rehabari delivery boy mr.Abdul golam(moni). This system will never be changed no government can change it as we all of us is fedup of giving complaint several times as the distributor is well knows about the incidents too if the delivery boy activities then also not taking any further action

The marketing operations for LPG commenced in India in 1955 at Mumbai, under the Burmah Shell Oil Company. It was not until Indian Oil took charge that it actually became a flourishing and recognizable industry. Brand Indane was conceived in 1964 and had very modest beginnings. The first Indane LPG connection was released on 22 October 1965 at Kolkata. Indane began operations in October 1965, with two dealerships in Kolkata and Patna, and a consumer base of around 2,000.[7] At that time the concept of a cooking gas was new to the customers and they were apprehensive of keeping a gas cylinder in their kitchens, perceiving it as unsafe and a potential hazard.[8]

very bad service harasment to customers 200% demand but 40% supply of LPG Gas. bad behaviour of the staffs. if you cannot supply the required amount of goods then you should reduce the number of customers. or leave the bussiness.
