Indane - Aditi Gas Service

I have booked my cylinder two times. Receipt also came. For first booking, even delivery report was send through message,but actual delivery wasn't given. Till today I haven't got the cylinders. Totally unprofessional, they sold my cylinder in black. One office staff even misbehaved me when I asked him why didn't receive my cylinder yet. The delivery boys are useless, they are only concern to sell cylinders in black. Aditi Indane Gas Agency is worst in Guwahati. You even don't deserve oen star.

SERVICE IS SO POOR. After receiving delivery confirmation via SMS, I still have to wait 10–12 days to receive physical delivery after calling the delivery boy multiple times

Very bad service.... They are personal not professional....everything is bad.. Delivery people showing some most expensive attitude with you.... They don't know how to behave... They like I am the boss

Thanks u soooooo much Aditi Gas service, actually we trasfer our Gas connection from Kohima to Guwahati as soon as we reached office,there is one Dada in second room he is sooo helpful,& Manager sir is also very helpful,Once again thnks you soooooo much

Worst service provider. Too much delayed delivery every time. Cylinder is being delivered illegally to others in black market and genuine customers are getting false promises of earliest delivery even after continuous follow up. Would recommend not to go for this agency services.

Very bad experience.. home delivery person didn't pickup any call. If bymistakenly pick the call he told tomorrow will be deliver . But too many times to go tomorrow. His tomorrow never comes. Please take action against them... Otherwise I complaine consumer care court .

I request everyone to file a complaint against this gas agency. Delivery person don’t pick the call and put the phone on switch off mode. I booked my refill on 28th December 2023, paid the amount online but till now agency people didn’t deliver the refill to me. I visited the agency 2 times they said they will send the refill but one’s i reach home no update or response from them. Worst agency i have ever seen in my life. I request everyone please avoid this agency and raise a complaint against this agency so that it will come into the eyes of the higher authorities.
