Service is very poor and harassing a Super Senior Citizen. Cylinder has stated to be delivered on 28/01/2025 as per massage received.But practicaly not delivered to the genuine customer. Please look into the matter seriously to earn your reputation.

Very disappointed with Bhaskar Gas Agency. I booked my gas few days back and expected delivery within a week. But after nine days, got a message that my gas has been delivered, which I didn't receive.

Service is very poor.i have booked cylinder last 10 days ago but not delivered to me. When I ask for cylinder to Moni ali delivery person he rudely behave me. Moni ali behaviour is not Good

It's an absolute disgrace of a service. Their timelines are a sham. 16-Aug-2024: Booked an LGP cylinder, and made the mistake of paying online. 27-Aug: My mother went to the office asking for delivery updates. The staff said that their delivery men were sick, and the cylinder will be delivered in 1-2 days. 28-Aug: Received an SMS saying that the cylinder was delivered. The cylinder was NOT delivered. 2-Sep: My mother went to the office asking for updates. The staff acted surprised. He helped my mother book another cylinder, and said that we won't have to pay this time. The cylinder will be delivered the next day. 3-Sep: A delivery guy called and informed that he will deliver the cylinder today. He did NOT. 4-Sep: My mother, irritated, called the delivery guy. He asked my mother to call another delivery guy. The second delivery guy asked to call the first delivery guy. Eventually, the cylinder was delivered. The delivery guy asked for money. My mother had to explain him the entire situation. After a lot of altercations over 20 minutes, the disgruntled delivery guy left. My cousin, who lives in Rehabari, also pay online, but never had a bad experience. I guess we were just unfortunate.

Very bad attributefrom this service provider. First order placed on 28th Dec 2023, but deliver was not done. Second order placed on 24th Jan 2023 and to this date (February 4th 2024) delivery has not been done. The number provided does not respond well to queries. This kind of agencies are putting the Indane name to shame.
