Indane - Dharitri Service

Don't go there very frode agency I apply for new connection I go there every morning but there is no reply from there side and after 1 week they said if you want gas connection then you have to pay extra 2500 rs for that and there is no recipt for that and field officer also no respond our call

One of the worst service ever.its been more than 4 years haven't received my gas directly to my house. I have visit the centre to collect my gas such a irresponsive staffs as well as handlers .delivery personals are so greedy ,they never deliver my gas to my place making excuses and sell in illegal way with extra cost 902 is original cost he sell in 1100 1400.

Absolutely terrible. Taking one month to deliver the gas. Even called them many times yet no improvement. Rude delivery driver also

They keep selling our cylinder in black so that their corrupt selves can enjoy a few hundreds more, No integrity no professionalism. It's the third time in a row it has happened with us, they keep making excuses of the customer being "unavailable for delivery" which is not true and for sure not a reason to randomly show "Delivered". The owners number available is always switched off. I'm going to talk to them face to face ones more if they still going to make excuses I'm going to sue them.

Overcrowded place but workflow was swift, took 15 mins for submitting transfer documents and for filling KYC form. For transfer gas connection documents you need to fill KYC form, electricity bill and aadhar card. They will take 3-4 working days to process the documents. They do accept phonepe or Google pay UPI payments which is rare case in this locality. Thumbs up for that! Highly recommended distributer if are are using Assam oil or have Indane gas connection.

No cylinder has been delivered after booking, and i recieve a message that the cylinder has been delivered, stupid management

Worst service. This happens everytime. 1: Invoice gets generated 2: no one delivers and it gets auto cancelled. 3: Then I have to call and ask " why did it got cancelled?" 4: Then they deliver it 5. I think they wait for cancellation and in this way I will not receive any subsidy. Profits for them . 6. Also , all their numbers are switched off . Somehow I got the number of owner and told the problem. His response was " who gave you my number?" Looking at all the reviews here , one can easily figure out that there is something wrong. I will complain to INDANE and hope everyone does it.

It has been 7days and you are still not delivering the cylinder .and your delivery boy whose name is kajal does not receive the phone do you have a service person ?very poor service this is too much
