Indane - Dipti Gas Agency

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the abysmal service provided by your Dipti Gas Agency for LPG services. This is, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service provider. The consistent delays in gas cylinder delivery, unhelpful and rude staff, and complete lack of accountability have made it a nightmare to rely on your services. Despite multiple attempts to contact the agency, my requests for timely refills have been ignored, leaving my household stranded without gas for days. The booking process is a mess—online confirmations don’t translate to actual deliveries, and the staff’s dismissive attitude when I followed up was infuriating. This isn’t just inconvenience; it’s a serious disruption to daily life. Indian Oil needs to urgently review the operations of Dipti Gas Agency and reconsider their license if they can’t meet basic customer expectations. I’m tired of suffering due to their incompetence. Please address this immediately and ensure such pathetic service doesn’t continue...

Very bad service. ... Within 4 months I got only 1 gas cylinder and delivery partner didn't receive call

No words to express how Worst their service is.The gas agency has sent message claiming that refill cylinder was delivered, but we have not received the refill. We received a delivered message on 28/02/2025 but till date we have not received my refill. It is not the 1st time this has happened. It has happened several times before. We have complained many time but the same problem is repeated again and again. Every time they assure that this will not be repeated but it happens again and again. Despite receiving delivered message the refill is not delivered. This means that may be they have sold the refill to some other in black to get some extra penny. I think whole agency is involved in this process. I recommend people to shift form indian oil service to some other good service or some other agency. If anyone planning to get LPG connection, then i recommend to not get one.

Happy to announce that Dipti Gas Agency the only Indane Gas service located at Jatia, Kahilipara is No. 1 in customer service. After booking the cylinder, they deliver door step cylinder within 2/3 days, but the customer don’t get the cylinder in their door steps. Cylinder ko asman kha gaya ya phir zameen nigal gai. Brokers sitting in the office be like “aaru book kori diya aru atiya loi jaba”. Writing this after experiencing it twice (March & June). Pls don't suggest your mail ID for further customer service. 🙏🏻 Thank u Dalals.

Good service. We are working people cylinder delivery time creating a lot of problems. Advance intimation may redress such issues.

Why this agency troubles senior citizens. They donot give gas on time .after so much of follow up they don't give. My parents are above 80 yrs. They can't go every time to follow.phone they don't pick up

The worst service one can ever imagine....although after showing cylinder delivered message we are not getting the cylinder ..the delivery person keeps the phone switched off ...we also try tu call at the office who does the receipt work but they are not responding...this is becoming a headache every month...
