Worst service ever. Staff don't behave properly, every month delivery man get changed and become difficult to contact. Also they don't pick up calls, i was supposed to get the cylinder on last week and still waiting. Where shall we go, we have to stop cooking then.

Mahalaxmi Gas Service (Guwahati) - Indane Gas is Pathetic. Pathetic service. First of all you cannot contact them over phone in any emergency. I have transferred from connection from Indane Kolkata and never expected that such bad and pathetic Indane Gas service can be there in the heart of the city like Guwahati. You book over Indane toll free IVR number, you get DAC number but they don't deliver. Again new DAC no. next day but not delivered. Even they sometimes ask us to carry the cylinder by ourselves. Once there was a gas leak, they didn't receive call and switched off their official number. When I visited they told me to carry the leakage cylinder by myself and bring it to their office. So so pathetic.
Fun Time life is good
Not so good. They being a gas agency can't give the customers a surety whether the customers will get a gas or not on a day. But I like the way they distribute the gas to the customers. It was a very convenient for me but it may be not so convenient for others. The staff is good but the only problem customers might have to face is the above mentioned one.

The WORST Gas service ever. Ridiculous and Pathetic service . Really deserves 0 stars . I booked gas from Mahalaxmi on 08.02.2020 but still Haven't received the gas . Absolutely Disgusting. I will complaint to Assam Sarkar and Prime Minister complaint services for not providing gas cylinder for my necessary time.

*DON'T APPLY FOR CONNECTION* Very poor service, once you book your LPG for refill, you'll have to call them again and again to ask for the delivery. If luckily you get refilled, the delivery boy doesn't provide you the receipt untill you ask for. They charge ₹50-100 extra by the delivery boy. Worst Experience. I made a mistake taking connection but you've a choice!

Very bad service, very bad distributors, very bad behaviour. Everything thing here is worst. I will suggest everyone not to go with this gas Distributor, instead go with someone else .

Worst people and worst service. Please don't apply for Mahalaxmi Gas Service instead Bharat Gas Service is the best connection.
