1. Delayed Delivery even after confirmation. 2. Rude Behaviour and unnecessary attitude of delivery agents 3. Most of the times, the cylinders which are delivered have leakage. Repeatedly told the delivery agents to check for leakage during delivery but they always say there's no leak, we have checked..but when the seal is still intact how have they checked. 4. Most of the times malfunctioned cylinders are delivered and the agency has got no emergency contact numbers. Upon calling the delivery agents they refused to provide services untill we offer a nominal tip. The owner should take into consideration serious management techniques and should be aware that most of the delivery agents run a SYNDICATE of Black Market within the area for which deliveries are delayed.

Pathetic service most of the time we booked we received booking no but after two days it shows that cylinder is delivered but we don't receive. After this when we visit to inform the authority they said that its software issue and they immediately they ready to deliver the cylinder. This is problem with agency or with delivery boy or with Indian oil. Plz look into this.

Very poor service,90% reviews are 1star, firstly not a single valid contact number, Booked and waiting for last 14 days, if it's an online service why do I need to go the office to give the concerned person a reminder. Extremely poor maintenance and 0 ownership. If I'm paying for a service i would expect bare minimum

The gas agency staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Service felt totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Very disappointing. Worst customer care experience ever.

Delivery drivers very bad behavior...no response office staff while I'm calling complaint number....n I don't know why Delivery boys need cash money..if I want to pay qr code or scanner they doesn't give cylinder...

Actually it's a Zero rating from my end. Donot respond the calls Delivery persons are too much rude Has provided a cylinder which is full of water inside .
