Indane - Navadeep Gas Service

I have booked cylinder 3days ago .. payment also done through online . But though i am calling the delivery man everyday for delivery of the cylinder he doesn't not delivered yet. Instead he is delivering cylinder to the shop for Black market. And telling me about shortage of cylinder. Even i m offering Rs 150 for delivery. Very poor service by nabadwip gas agency, maligaon, Guwahati

One of the worst gas agency in Maligaon area. They don't even deliver your gas cylinder after booking. And if you called for delivery the illiterate delevery people don't even know how to talk to customer. Really I'm not at all happy with their services better move to some other agencies if possible.

Service is too poor. Cylinder delivered 1/2 days later after payment made. Home delivery not available for every customer. Need stand in queue for 1-2 hrs to refill which is also a limited numbers. Hope franchise will rectify for better service.

Pathetic Service near BG colony of Pragjyotishpur Main Road. Cylinder is not delivered for many days after DAC is generated. Delivery man has to be requested many days, one day he promises to deliver and makes us waiting for whole day but does not deliver and makes funny excuses for non delivery. Even agency's contact number is not working. It seems the situation is same for all areas under the agency and it looks like there is No Govt. authority to correct this horrific situation.

Worst service provider for gas agency. I am user of 10 kg cylinder. I have been waiting from last days for update but they are saying it is not delivered yet. They have zero storage facility. If u can't provide 10 kg cylinder on tume then stop your service and switch us to some reliable agency who can provide us within 24 hours.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the Indian gas supplier. I visited in the morning to collect a cylinder and was assured that it would be available by 3 PM. However, despite waiting the entire day, I didn't get the cylinder. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Not doing the basic work of delivery of cylinder to home. Customer need to come collect cylinder from warehouse.

Dear Navadeep Gas Cylinder Delivery service is the worst in Guwahati.I have booked my cylinder 5days ago, even DAC no.was available.Delivery boy delivered the cylinder in Ganga block in Sankardev Housing Society, jalikbari, However, he never come near Ganpati block and denied delivery.Today , at 3Pm he delivered the cylinder to ganga block, when we asked them to delivery the cylinder in ganga block ,he said his cylinders is over, but was seen delivering outside the gate.Just think what is going on.....Fo your information Ganga Niwas and Ganpati niwas is about 0.5Km ,Very difficult for ladies to carry the cylinder. Plz treat it as official complain.If not improve, there are about 30 to 50 coneection from ganpati block.We have lots of option available for switching over to other agency.. Please improve the delivery service......immediately......
