Happy with their service. Needed to change the address, they did it very quickly!

While taking connection they are very polite and very helpful while by transferring process they will not give you customer first importance. It's happened with me today as stuffs are supportive but the owner is just talking to him continuously and I was waiting with no info that how much time it'll take to complete my transfer process. Otherwise they are very good in other services.

dont care abt customer satisfaction, especially the person sitting in front (not in cubicle)

Customer Service is very user friendly. They attend to your queries individually. Good thing is, the office is usually not at all crowded (may be cause of lockdown people are less don't know). Overall the behaviour of the staffs are very friendly. Best thing is, there is a labrador that sleeps inside. Whenever I get a chance, I pet him. The lab is very friendly too. Haha ❤️❤️

You may find this Agency at a rush crowded are of Punjabari, Guwahati in a congested accommodation with LPG smell. But the Staff here are ready to your work done. In every case I found them very helpful and co operative. In every cases my request has met. The service provided by them is actually really prompt. I made a new card in 2 day. And the cylinder delivery person also calls when he is in and around your location.
