Indane - Shankardev Gas Agency

After changing the delivery guy, we never get our gas on time. I get messages saying it's delivered when it is clear that it doesn't reach my home.

The worst service ever.. my mother complained two times regarding delivery... Cylinder never comes in time and a delivery agent titled Ali call at 8pm for DAC number and delivers gas after two day.. it's a government campus where I live Agriculture campus Sixmile... Majority of people have numerous complaint against him for not delivering gas on time... It's not a case of 1 or 2 days it's been year... Here writing a complaint and will today go to agency for outcome. booked cylinder on 5/09/2025 today is 9/09/2025.. isn,t it negligence

It is quite surprising that numerous reviewers have reported that incoming calls to the provided contact number are disabled, yet no action has been taken to address the issue. This suggests a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

Cylinder timely delivery was all good. But demand for Rs 30 as delivery charge is not acceptable. We are not in home and told to deliver cylinder at ground floor only. Still demanding money from Appartment care taker.

I have a complain and I think many others also have the same complain why don't the delivery boy provide us the slip?even though we asked many times but they say that we don't have

very poor service. extra money demanded by delivery boy. agency contact no is wrong in google. in emergency (leakage issue) no one is help to you. not recommended for guwahati people .

I have been trying to contact the Gas Agency for the last 10 days, but none of the contact numbers are working(sometimes the phone rings but no one picks up the call). It has been more than 13 days since I booked a gas cylinder and to date, it has not been delivered. We have just 1 cylinder at home. Thanks to Swiggy we are being able to manage our foods. I can understand there could be some kind of crisis at times, but at least let your customer know about the situation.

Gas is leaking everytime we ask the delivery man whether it has been checked the reply is always yes. Gas leakage is no joke. We always need to pay some tip to the delivery man which is absolutely not right they are bound to give us service they are being paid by the company.
