Indane - Shyama Gas Service

Worse experience, the workers have behaviour issue and when I went for new connection they forced me for double cylinders connection and change money way too much than the actual price.

Please check the cylinder before delivered to customers because afterwards when there is leakage you will not suffer we have to contact the delivery person and have to call many times to replace the cylinder instead of replacing the cylinder they just blame the customer and tell them every time you people have problem as if we we manufacturer the cylinder but they don't think if one bad thing happened who will take the responsibility to the lives???? Please take the issue seriously sir every live is precious. It's my request to you.

Had my worst experience here. I had to wait for more than 20 Days in order to receive my new cylinder connection for which they took the payment prior to delivery. It was promised that the cylinder will be delivered at my doorstep but then even after calling several times, I brought the cylinder myself, i.e., the delivery fee that I paid was somewhere lost in the middle. Please improve your services and do not harass the customers.

My experience was bery bad.The customer executives there were not helpfull.They were very rude.Please fire them and hire new employees their behaviour was not at all good. I went yesterday also but the agrncy was closed before time though the closing time was 6:00 pm.I reaced there at 4.30 pm but it was closed.

Service is good and fast but the only problem is that the first cylinder you get after registering with them have to be taken to home by yourself

Shyama gas service manager is worst man in that office... His name is 'Deka'. I don't know his full name. Rest of the staff is good.

The agency is good but the people working on delivery front do unfair practice.

Very bed behaviour.. Staff is so rudely ..service is very poor..I am not happy in this agency..
