Indane - Sivam Gas Service

I booked a refill and paid in advance. I received the DAC/OTP and proceeded with the booking. The status on your website shows that delivery has been completed, but I have not received the product. I have tried contacting your agency staff multiple times, but no one answers the calls. I also tried reaching the delivery person, but their phone has been switched off since this incident.

Why the delivery boy diganta charges extra 50 rs total 900 rs we ask to pay...? We don't have special request like time slot & weekend delivery.. ?

No response in the given number during office hours on working days.

03rd class Service ,delivery person Govinda Das has no manners to talk to the customer. cylinder booked on 11-07--23 but till date it was not delivery to me, 01st time I booked cylinder from Sivam Gas Service and my 01st experience is worst. request you to kindly improve your service and update your delivery boy how to behave with customers. kindly arrange the same at the earliest.

No manners to talk with customers, had wait for more than an hour to take new connection, spent so much time during lunch break, asking an excess money for new connection even after many items not required for. As reviewed with other subscribers, delivery man asked for huge amount after gas cylinder delivery. Very poor experience with the agency.

Very poor service provided by the agency.Every time delivery boy asking for Rs 50-80 in the name of delivery charge.If not given, he talks very rudely and uncivilized manner.It seems that he is providing us cylinder not Indane. Very rude delivery boy. This extra delivery charge is encouraged by agency as well. It has been a recurring problem.They are taking advantage of the need of customer.Waiting for Adani gas or Reliance or any other private party to enter in Guwahati to provide gas connection, they will lose their monopoly.Even words are less to describe the pathetic experience faced by me with this agency.Not only me, all people whom I know and having connection to this agency are facing this problem.

Pathetic service.i called on the contact number provided in Google and website but the person keep saying wrong number however this is the only number given everywhere. My order is cancelled everytime.Delivery person ka to kya hi kehna.only charges extra but poor service. Right now I am in urgent need of refill but I m not able to contact anywhere

Worst service. Providing only home delivery.. and the home delivery charge is 50rs. Extra.. illegal... And the delivery person Govinda Das has no manners to talk to the customer.
