I must say best gas agency. Delivery within 2-3 days..No fraud no delays … Well mannered office staffs and delivery boysss…I really advice to take connection from this agency 100x times better than many other agency ….

Agency employee are not responding castomar phne call very bad service .. Totally unsatisfied..

Delightful service and experience in the Office.... always. I have visited the office on different occasions - due to my All India transfer shifting matters - getting my connection from my old city.... , and then after 2 years shifting on transfer to any city, the processing of my application for transfer and issue of the TR voucher was done within 5 minutes. The Staff are Excellent - knowledgeable, courteous, attentive. Prompt guidance/advice and satisfying service.

I visited the gas agency to apply for a new connection, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed careless and unattentive, showing little interest in helping or even acknowledging my request. It felt as though they did not care whether I decided to take a new gas connection or not. The lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone seeking prompt and efficient service.

This is one customer oriented place, right from owner to staff members are approachable and will solve your problem at any cost. I am an existing satisfied customer and thankfully I opted for this agency instead of Indane where customers cry, shout and get frustrated still don't get a solution.
