Their time shows 10am opening. I had to wait additionally 30 mins. yet no one was there to open or address my concern. They marked my cylinder delivery as delivered but no physical delivery was made

Delivery person behaviour is not satisfactory we complaint many times.

Worst gas agency that I have experienced. I have a transferable job and this gas agency has worst delivery experience. 7 days, prepaid order, no delivery. Everytime same thing repeats. Even after invoice generation you have to contact their delivery person and request them for delivery. And they will deliver on their convenient date only.

The staff was extremely helpful and smoothly transferred my connection to the Kolkata location. This was particularly appreciated as the process seemed a bit complicated for me after my permanent relocation.

Third class gas agency. Delivery boy all time looted extra charges from people. They told that few office staff take nasta Pani from them. That's why they charge extra money. They are very unprofessional. Owner is not capable to handle business that's why below staff are starts looting people. IOCL should cancelled this agencies licence. They misbehave people in the name of selling other accessories.

Staffs doesnt talk properly. Delivery man "Ali" demands for money. Delivery within 5 kms is free. So please dont provide any money. If delivery man have to climb the steps with your cylinder, then you can give him some money for his hardwork.

'Free Delivery' is a big big 'farce' !! The delivery boys charge '30-50' for 'Chaa-Paani' !! Delivery is also very late due to non-availability ! But the irony is,tat even during 'unavailability', the delivery boys come daily in the locality and rattle their cylinders on their 'thelaas' for 'their esteemed customers' !! ;) Govt. is doing it's best,but somethings simply don't change.Actually people themselves are at fault for giving them easy money and making it look so common ! Dis days,they charge 'extra' even for 'ground floor' delivery ! :( The thing is,if the state of affairs is so,plz don't advertise as 'free delivery',simply mention 'paid delivery' clearly,tats it ! Plz,don't make a moron out of your own customers.

None of their contact numbers are updated...not even on Indian oil website.. pathetic service
