Have been trying to call in the number provided for the past 3 months. If your number is not working at least get a new connection. And if you have already got one, update it .I think that is the basic requirement of any gas agency. Please think about the harassment it causes to the people.

Two months since I changed my address by submitting all relevant documents in the office and still getting calls from gas delivery person standing outside my old residence to deliver the gas

First of all , please update your contact number it is unavailable since long.we are facing too much problem in cylinder get delivered. It is Not only Your delivery person doesn't make home delivery of cylinder but also not bother to get contacted over phone. How we will contact him.how we became known that cylinder delivery cart is reach in our area. Our bookings often get cancelled after generating of cash memo because of cylinder undelivered during stipulated time. If you could not resolve these problems then we will have to make complaint in complain desk.

Pathetic and worst service. Booked LPG two weeks back and since then till now they have not provided any LPG cylinders. Not even called for any update. Just a worst service.

They unnassasily harassed customers. My Gas correction has been transfer from Diphu to North Guwahati .But they gave me to submit Formate for declaration (which is required for new connection) and asked to go to computer center prepare it myself, house lease rent agreement with Notary one( lease agreement return to do notary),electrity bill of land lord where no where is other places required so much of documents for public servants. Because in Guwahati also they used to give transferred connection after verification of present address prof along with officially valid documents(e.g. EPICEPIC, Aadhar, DL etc)

Indane gas distributor for north guwahati. Counter people are good enough to respond very quickly. A new connection can be bought within a week and will be charging around 7k which includes two cylinders,Gas stove and regulator. Home delivery service is available and also reduced cost of 20rs will be given back if we take cylinder by our own.

Good people. The process to take new connection was smooth. The concern person helped a lot. Just make sure weather you want to purchase the stove from them or not.

Worst behaviour of office staff. They not even listen problem of customers.
