Everytime after online booking also you have to wait for a long period unless you send someone to the centre they don't deliver. Delivery person good but the management person very bad response. Will close my account from this centre soon

Very Bed service. 4th February booking but not delivery till date.

The agency was good but of late service has deteriorated. Booking doesn't have any value. You go to the agency and fight with manager and customer and if you are lucky you will get your refill. This is everyday affair. I hope the proprietor should look into this. Common and general public may not complain. But working person I cannot wait in the agency every day

Very bad service since 12 months.Home delivery service are very slow.You will face such things likely gas cylinders were not available.

Worst gas agency I didn't get cylender from 22nd Nov'19 till date the home delivery Man Afikul saying that the cylinder are not provide from the head office ,after that I have talk with the office in agency they said that I have book the cylinder.on that day on 21st Jan:2020 spot I have booked and given the Booking number they said that they will provide the cylinder on next week but no response from their side after that on 8th feb2020 my wife have visited the agency after that the home delivery Man has called us on 13th feb2020 17:30 hrs that cylinder has been came on your booking but unfortunately no one is home because we are at the hospital. On 16th feb2020 we have call around 9:00hrs for the cylinder the agency man told us that he will call us after 9:30hrs but he didn't call around 13:30 hrs I have called to agency they are saying that no cylinder is available.My question is that where is the cylinder has gone on my booking.

Third class service there delivery person Nazim is a pathetic person and greedy as well he asks money for the cylinder drop off. His service is very poor he assured delivery afternoon still the cylinder not delivered.

Disgusting service..does not give any value towards your booking..everytime either you have to file a complaint to the BPCL, or have to go through a heated argument with the agency to get your gas delivered.. Worst service provider

Worst Service of the agency, deliver cylinder after 1 or more than 1 month, that also after hundreds of follow up. Dont care any one. No customer service at all.
