Only because I have to complain I have clicked on star which is not at all important. The delivery staff is useless, if there's a policy of not delivery the gas cylinder at door step on third floor where lift is not available and the delivery staff denies delivery what worse can it be? If the delivery staff has less manpower it's the company's fault instead of customer.if the delivery guy denies on age factor why doesn't he have a support from the company for smooth delivery, customer is willing to pay extra for carrying to third floor.what if the scenario is to deliver a cylinder into a old age couple or family ,or to a single woman household where absence of man power is unavailable?? Won't there be any delivery made?? I have seen in my home,in my absence where only a lady stays with a infant kid is it possible for her to take deliver!! When asked about the situation with delivery staff he claims his heath problems and all excuse.doeant come with changed money instead want to take carry forward the change for future transaction.why? Why can he let the change money be kept for future transaction into customers hand? The company or agency didn't declare anything about non delivery of cylinder's to third floor . It's the agency's lookout to provide service being in the service trade..check your man power support for quality service. Don't even know if this message or complaint would even be noticed. Lazy arsesss...

Why the name is shown Bangla. This is situated in Guwahati, Assam and not in Bangladesh. Change the name immediately to Assamese. Even in case the proprietor belongs to the Bengali Community, name in Assamese must be shown.

This is to inform you that your gas Agency service is not upto the mark however the property owner gives a call the service is rendered with in 10-15 times that is not at all acceptable at any circumstances

Horrible service. After informing about the defective regulator and gas leak at the khanapara centre the mechanic first said he had some personal work he had to do,then said that he had no car,then finally he said that he was sent to the bank for some work.He was receiving my call after repeatedly calling him several times.

Very good, transferred my gas connection from my native place , within few minutes all work was done with ease and cylinder was delivered.
