Aqua Express Car wash

I am one of their usual customer, and I mostly go there once in two months. First of all they claim their are open till 8 PM but the boys will deny the work after even 5 o'clock. And then when I call the owner's number they call the boys and make them work my car wash. This is literally everytime situation. Nevertheless, this is not the reason I am giving 1 star for this particular business but I want to share another unprofessional behaviour of these boys. Today I gave my car precisely at 5:10 PM and told them that I will come in 30 minutes. And when I came they were listening to their traditional Boro language songs through my car speakers and that too loudly. I have no problem if they would have asked me for this beforehand to me and i would not say no to them but they behaved too unprofessionally and shown no manners at all. This message is to the owner, "please guide your boys to have good clear communication to do with any customer, and do not take any customer's friendlies and humble behavior for granted".
