They polished my new car using a scotch bright(steel wool) because the cleaner did not have a cloth to use! Yes you read that right. Scratched the car everywhere. Did not take responsibility of the damage! Plus they dont clean the car properly. I asked them to clean the mud in mud guards for a month, they just did not do it. They dont have a working water hose so they cant wet clean cars either.

I don't know whether it's a staff defaulties Or the company, but it's a very unprofessional experience with my car. Didn't even clean the body properly, there's lot's of stains in the car. Even they use clinic plu shampoo for washing my car but the owner demands that they probably use 3M Dry solution. Idk but you shiny car need to improve your service and product quality because it's a emotion for all the car owner. Fibre Polish is not even the properly work. They didn't even polish my car tyre. Not recommend specially if you have black car. First take the one time service from them, dn see the work process after that go for the monthly package. Thank you

I wanted to have my car polished through them. They don't have a contact phone number, to start with. So, I dropped a line in their chat. No response at all. When you go into their chat, you get to see a phone number and an option to call them. However, the number is invalid. If i can't trust them with a simple response to a chat, how can i trust them with anything else at all?

Atleast I get to drive a clean car every day without any hassle. I live in a flat where we are not allowed to use society water for cleaning our cars. So I find this service very helpful. I don't have to invest extra time in cleaning my car in a car wash center. The Shiny Carz guys come and clean my car in my parking area in my comfortable time. Great job 👍. My suggestion to those who like to drive a clean car please try this service.
