Despite been a reputed specialist doctor in Gastroenterogist & Super specialist in Hepatologist nationwide, he is humble, genuine, respectful towards patient, understanding, soft-spoken & listens to every issues patiently. I had jaundice after a complicated gall bladder surgery and was very worried. I searched for jaundice treatment Guwahati and came to Dr. Mayank Agarwal. He explained clearly that I need ERCP and made me feel calm. The day care ERCP was done smoothly and without any problem. I felt much better soon after. Staff were kind and helpful. He is truly a very experienced gastroenterologist Guwahati. I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment and strongly recommend him.

My experience was worst. I will not recommend any one to visit him. I travelled 120 kms to meet him. He didn't even check my reports properly. I was trying to explain but he was in hurry. No solution only speculations. For speculations, no reason for me to visit again. My son is also a medical student. I shared my experience with him, he was also surprised.

I visited Dr. Mayank Agarwal for my polip in colon. He was very kind hearted and advised me for a polypectomy surgery to be done in Hayat Hospital. Accordingly I got admitted in Hayat Hospital on 16 th December and Dr. Agarwal operated me on 17 th December. He done it beautifully and on the very next day I got release from the Hospital. He is very nice and well behaved doctor I have never come across.

I visited the clinic today with my mother, while the treatment has helped her alot, and her health has improved noticeably, which we truely appreciate, the consultation experienced felt rushed. The doctor asked a couple of question and pescribed medicine and quickly said ‘’Chalo jao’’ with out giving us enough time to explain everything properly. She even forgot to mention her gastric problem, and when she realised the Doctor had gone already. We are really grateful for the effective treatment but it would really help if a little more time was given, so the patients feel heard and can share all their concerns.

I visited Mayank Sir in a very bad condition. I did not know what I was suffering from apart from the fact that I was not sleeping well. Before visiting him I visited another doctor in my local place who prescribed me medicines for high BP and other stomach related problems. He also prescribed some tests which I did and took the medicines too but the conditioned worsened. Eventually I visited Mayank Sir and he advocated some tests which I did. In the evening when the test reports came he was able to understand prescisely the problem and I did not utter a single word to make him understand. He prescribed the medicines and it's been three weeks I am feeling better and better.
