I had an amazing experience with Asom Technical. My laptop had a serious issue that multiple repair shops couldn’t fix, but they diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it perfectly. Their service is professional, honest, and fast and perfectly pocket friendly. I’m genuinely impressed with their technical expertise and customer support. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable laptop repair!

I gave my laptop to this laptop repair centre because it was not turning on. First, they said they needed time to diagnose the issue. After 3 days, they told me the motherboard had a problem and a part needed to be ordered costing ₹7,500. They asked for an advance, and I paid ₹6,000. They said the part would arrive in 7–10 days, and after that, it would take another 10–15 days to fix. After waiting 20 days, I was told the part did not work and another part was required. After 10 more days, they said that also didn’t work and then suggested bypassing the graphics, which would take 5 days. Later, they said they only needed 2–3 hours to test the laptop. Throughout this entire period, they never provided any proper updates. I always had to call them. Many times, they did not answer the phone, even after 3–4 missed calls, and never called back. In the end, nothing was fixed. They kept delaying and giving excuses. When I visited the shop, it didn’t look like any real work had been done. The laptop was still not turning on, so I don’t understand what “testing” they were doing. They completely wasted my time. If they were not capable of fixing the laptop, they should have informed me earlier so I could get it repaired somewhere else. It has been more than 2 months of lies, false promises, no communication, and wasted time. Which laptop repair centre takes two months and still cannot fix a laptop? Extremely unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The owner is very knowledgeable and experienced, and they successfully recovered my data from the hard disk. Before coming here, I contacted another service provider in Guwahati who tried to misled me and said a very unexpected high price to recover the data. At Asom Technical Help Private Limited, my data was recovered at a reasonable price. They explained the issue clearly and were honest and professional throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend their services.
