I broke my macbook display and I had to copy important data into my other device but I couldn't copy because the display was broken. They helped me with this issue by letting me connect my mac with their system and using the share-screen feature I was able to securely copy my important data. They were so helpful during the whole process and were kind enough to not even ask for a single money for this, only after insisting they took some money. They're very humble people.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. I submitted my MacBook Pro for a display flickering issue. They kept my laptop for almost 3 weeks, and after all that waiting, they returned it without fixing the original problem. Even worse, I discovered that the battery had been changed without my proper consent, and it appears they replaced the original battery with a damaged/local battery. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I trusted them with my device, but instead of solving the issue, they created another problem. This feels like a scam and a clear case of misleading customers. I strongly advise others to be careful before giving their devices here. Always check your parts and demand proper documentation. Very disappointed with the service.

Very bad service. I took my acer predator helios 300 corei9 edition just for fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement. They checked my laptop and booted , at that time it was working just fine. After cleaning,my laptop doesn't start and there is no display and no keyboard. They couldn't fix in day 1 , they kept my laptop for next day. When I went , they look very confused with my laptop , ultimately they said that one of my ram slot is not working so they removed the ram and they said that they don't know. I don't know what kind of answer is that !! MY WORKING LAPTOP which they checked before taking for work and after their cleaning my slot 2 is not working. I really felt terrible and regretted after taking my laptop to their store.

Everyone here were very polite. I upgraded my SSD here. They are very professional, quick service also they explained everything to me. Highly recommended!
