He charge you what you asked for nothing more nothing less also if it's repairable fix he will repair it rather than pushing you for a replacement just for mincing some extra bucks from you. Efficient and quick service. Had to take in my laptop for a hard drive replacement, so I went in expecting to be charged some exorbitant amount but that was not the case. The owner took a quick look and identified the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He also called me up when the repair was done. Okay so an IMPORTANT Update: A day after I took my laptop home, my BRIGHTNESS KEY STOPPED WORKING. When I informed him he asked me to take it back to him again. He took 1 whole day to fix the issue and charged me again for a problem that he caused in the first place. So I come back home and then I realise my laptop charger has been swapped. I had to go back again and get it. That's like 3 UNNECESSARY trips for problems that could have been avoided. The next day my HEADPHONE JACK JUST STOPPED WORKING. After a lot of research I somehow fixed that issue myself. I was not willing to add these to the review because I thought mistakes happen, and I wanted to let these slide. But then the day before yesterday I realised my DVD DRIVE has STOPPED WORKING now (the tray doesn't come out when I press the button, it doesn't show up in This PC either) for which I texted him and still hasn't gotten any reply. I haven't noticed this problem earlier because I do not use DVDs on an usual basis, but I know it definitely occured after the repair. Really unhappy with the service I got and I sincerely regret not going to a well known place like Datamation in the first place. If you're going for major hardware change like changing motherboard or Hard drive I would recommend going to someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Worst experience.... Changed the motherboard of acer travelmate243p of cost around 7000/- given 1 month warranty of the board, and the old motherboard is thrown to the dustbin without asking me. But at the 37th day the motherboard got damaged. After contact first said motherboard will be replaced free of cost by the dealer but now the motherboard is not available, so u have to wait for 15-20 days. After 1 month he told me that ur board will not be replaced. When i asked him for the contact no of dealer he simply refuse me by saying that ur phone will not be pick by the dealer. After this 2 month conversation i realised that this is totally scammed or fraud. So if someone wants to replace anything i would suggest to go for best service centre where u get better warranty option and servicing.

Great guy ,calmly listened to the problems with my laptop and quickly fixed it. The repair charges are reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a laptop repair centre.
