Lenovo Laptop Service center in Guwahati

It was a great experience. My laptop's hindge was tight as a result screen frame was broken. Thanks to the team for giving me valuable service at a reasonable prices.

I had given my Lenovo yoga 370 laptop for servicing because it had a BIOS issue and wasn't starting up.... They had resolved that issue by changing the BIOS and installing a new one.... But after that my wifi, bluetooth and finger print scanner were not working...when I complained about it they simply gave me an external wifi usb to use.... Simply dissatisfied with the service

Worst experience ever. DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU.Even after 2 months they were not able to repair motherboard and also there were parts missing in the laptop. Not customer friendly people.I recommend to not go there for your laptop servicing.

Got my lenevo LOQ screen changed within a hour. Good service .Appreciate their efforts.

Place is fine, staffs are quite patient but service is not so good as in my case I want for my friend whose laptop has some issues with display. They took his laptop and returned within 2 days but the issue was not fixed. Actually they didn't understand the issue. The issue was sometimes his laptop's display shuts by itself and then with a restart it works well. He faces the same twice or thrice in a day. The staffs at service center asked for a video of issue but he didn't recorded it. As a result they didn't understand issue and I don't know what they repaired. I guess they don't tested his laptop 😞 well.

No matter ur laptop is in bad condition don't come here as these guys r all fraud .theybwill charge like new motherboard but not new motherboard...theybjust repair anntake 3k to 4k an after that no warranty no guarantee...I specially recommend u all not to visit this center as they r not authorised....if u want authorised go to toll free no ..u will get home service and free service...hope u all get my point . Stay away from this scams.....jai hind
