It was a pleasant experience as my calls were responded to promptly, and pick up service from my home was scheduled and the e-waste was picked up as per schedule. I was explained the process, the rate per kg chart was shown to me, the weight of my e-waste was measured in front of me and in the end, I was paid an amount based on the weight plus I was given a proper receipt and Certificate.
