Dr. Prashant Rai is an excellent gastroenterologist. His deep expertise, attentive listening, and compassionate approach create a very reassuring atmosphere. Two months ago, I took my mom for her acid reflux treatment at Apollo Excelcare Hospital. Today is our second visit, and so far I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. Doctor is good. Pathetic diagnostic service. 2 hour waiting for doc check up, 4 hour for blood collection, next day appointment for CT and sonography. No value of patient's time
