All staff are very cooperative specialy those who are entrance gate is a nice Person give their service with smile 😊 DTO sir and MVI mam( Noorjahan Pegu Madam)is also very down to earth and professional .I have never seen such a gentleman and genuine officer in my life . salute to their hard work

Worst office Service ever i seen in my life.

These guys r useless. Online services which are contactless for e.g. renewal of DL should not require DTO office visit or submission of hard copies, however this office is still following the old process and when after submitting an online application they have not taken any action I had to visit the office only then they approved my application. I was disgusted by their laid back govt office attitude

Can someone please tell me about smart card activation. I have not received my RC as it shows Smart Card activation status not completed since 14th september. Someone please help me with some idea what to do next. Thank you

Nice buildings... As other DTO offices it also need to reform... Adjacent to state highway. Enough parking space allocated.

Worst place ever.Staff members are too rude and mannerless.works are kept on pending even sometimes they loses all documents of applicant.so irresponsive.

The worst government office i ever visited. It took around 6 months to just book my RC. I had brought my bike in April 18 but still i haven't received my RC yet

Located in mid of the town Bongaigaon. Officers are so quite cooperative you need to open your mouth before them ruther silence ... All forms are available in the entrance of the office at chap rate..
