Cons: 1. Only defence personnels are allowed. 2. Library opens for a very short duration. 3. The two staffs keep gossiping there. 4. JCOs come and gossip there. 5. Overall experience is very bad. Pros: 1. Fee is minimal. 2. There's a good collection of books. 3. Washroom is clean. 4. Library is air-conditioned.
