Cash counter timing is too short. When office is closed at 5 p.m why cash counter is closed at 1:30 from Monday to Thursday and Friday is at 12:00 p.m?? And there is no option to pay online. Why working timeframe is not uniform every working day? Monday to Thursday is different from Friday, why? Your one small work cannot be finished within a day. No wonder people don't like government offices.
