Attached in picture, find seating for citizen at this office. There is improvement that, all wall corners are not spit smeared. Not even a fan outside though DTO has his office chilled with temperatures set to 18deg. This speaks volumes about the imperialistic mindset of bureaucracy in our country. Our country really needs to wake up some specific clowns and make them understand that they are employed to serve and not to rule.

A diligent and extensively busy work place. The officials are helpful and informative. Easily accessible location as well.

Very bad experience for issuing Noc. Nothing works here without agents and extra money as an outsider and tax paying citizens feels very pathetic seeing the system is so much broken from inside. Time is very valuable for everyone.

Waited for about 3hrs but was told there is no link and work won't be done. Still when I went to ask if the link was up, they were the one who got irritated. But that I suppose is expected at a DTO office. It's high time to add hospitality in training curriculum for the employees so that at least people will have a better experience in such office.
