Totally useless irresponsible this service provider. I purchased one AC on 14/04/2025 and installed by this service provider. Water leakage from the inside unit started after about a month. Complained to them . Seeing no response from them complained to their customer care. Assigned the job to them. Didn't turn up . I was told during installation that a free service would be provided within six months. It is also within warranty period. Probably faulty installation . Totally disgusting and irresponsible this Guwahati Cooling Zone. Suggest totally to avoid them

Please do not work at this service center. If your machine has a minor problem, they will charge you a lot of money, calling it a big problem.🙏🙏 This is a Voltas service center that will not service any warranty machines, but will only service out-of-warranty machines, thereby charging more money from the customer.
