You must change your sales guys or whosoever is receiving the phone calls. I enquired for a test drive for Seltos and he said because of my distance he can only bring the car if I give him assurance that I will book the car after test drive or else I will have to come to your showroom. I am sure the guy has lost many customers due to this tactic.
