Bitter experience ☹️: I had given an Usha HelixPro high-speed pedestal fan for repairing (as per them coil was damaged) on a Saturday. They advised me to take the status of job over phone (phone number provided on the job slip/ acknowledgement slip they give) by next Wednesday. I did the same and they confirmed over phone that the job has been done. So, when I went to collect it on next Thursday, to my utter surprise and disappointment the job was not done at all! They tried to justify the delay as their employees fault (bla bla bla) and asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes to repair. Not choosing other options, I somehow managed to stay calm and waited killing my time which I had kept for other jobs for the day. After 15 minutes the fan was ready but without having the option to change the speed (they said it is not fixable) and with whole lot of scratch marks on the fan body (which shows how they handled it). Keeping my cool somehow, I left the place after giving their repair charge and with a hope that I will have not to come again there!

Beware. They tried to scam me by trying to sell my own old microwave parts as new one. Thankfully I was alert and noticed. If you visit make sure they do not cheat you
