Worst place to stay, I made the mistake of halting there since it was close to the railway station and conveniently located en route to where I was heading in the city. The so called VIP2 room was tiny and poorly maintained. Oyo hotels are better. The cafeteria is a sham, with no attenders, one of the cooks was seated at the kitchen brushing his teeth when I went down for breakfast. I urge the DSW to look into it and suggest all people to look for cheap hotels instead of this place

Hello, Sir I called for booking a guest Room but contact Authority denied for a serviceman. Hello said it's only for ESM not for serviceman. Please clarify it in reply. 🙏

Well maintained, Neat and clean. Actually this hall is basically maintained by Defence Persons. But anyone can book this hall for parties, Marriage or meetings. There are total 3 floors but u can book as per your requirement. Catering service and event management are also provided by them. I really impressed by the cleanness of this Building. Catering is also good.

nice place for veterans and other serving personnel to stay. reception staff are courteous. prices as in 2018 was 750/night for one vip room.50% advance to be paid upon booking confirmation. (phone, mobile and email response from staff)

My retired Army colonel uncle took us here. Food and service was very good. It's a nice cozy place. Service staff are just like any defence settlement - extremely courteous. Not sure civilians without defence personnel get entry to this place.

Indeed refreshing to note a place worth reckoning coming up in d heart of the city catering to the needs of our Armed Forces. Hats off to the Management for setting up and so beautifully maintaining tge establishment !

This place is close to my home and it's the first time I have been there for a meal. The staff were helpful and courteous and the food was filling. There is room for improvement and if they put in some effort it will become a go to place for meals.
